中西医结合治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎78例

Treating 78 cases of lower extremity thrombophlebitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的下肢血栓性静脉炎患者156例,随机地分成观察组及对照组,观察组的78例患者采用中西医结合疗法,对照组的78例患者采用单纯的西医疗法。两组均治疗2周,比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过不同的治疗,两组的小腿周径均有所减少,但观察组患者的下降幅度明显大于对照组;观察组患者的总有效率(97.44%)明显高于对照组(89.74%),两组间的差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合治疗下肢血栓性静脉炎的临床疗效显著,适合在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on lower extremity thrombophlebitis. Methods： 156 cases were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group. 78 cases as the observed group were given the integrative medicine; 78 cases as the control group were given the western medicine. In 2 weeks, clinical efficacy was compared. Results： By different treatment, calf circumference had been reduced. The decline in the observed group was significantly higher than the control group. The total efficiency（97.44%） in the observed group was obviously higher than the control group（88.46%）, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion： Treating lower extremity thrombophlebitis in the integrative medicine could gain exact efficacy, and be worthy of promotion.
