经筋疗法配合八段锦治疗腰三横突综合征疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating third lumbar transverse process by the Jingjin therapy plus Ba Duan Jin

目的:探讨经筋疗法联合八段锦治疗腰三横突综合征临床效果。方法:对在笔者医院诊断、治疗的22例腰三横突综合征患者的相关资料进行分析,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为两组,对照组采用针刺治疗,实验组实施经筋疗法联合八段锦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:实验组90.9%对该治疗方案的疗效给予肯定评价,高于对照组的63.6%(P<0.05);实验组90.9%对该治疗方案满意,高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后VAS评分为(3.22±0.12)分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰三横突综合征发病率较高,临床上采用经筋疗法联合八段锦治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Jingjin therapy plus Ba Duan Jin on third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods： 22 patients with three lumbar transverse process syndrome were analyzed and divided into two groups. The experimental group took the Jingjin therapy plus Ba Duan Jin treatment. Results： The efficiency in the experimental group was 90.9%; it was higher than that in the control group（63.6%）（P〈0.05）; after treatment, VAS score in the experimental group was（3.22 ＋ 0.12） points, lower than that in the control goup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM comprehensive therapy for third lumbar transverse process syndrome was effect and worthy of promotion.
