分析探讨冠心病患者行中医补气活血法治疗的临床效果

Clinical effects of the TCM Buqi Huoxue therapy on coronary heart disease

目的:探讨采用中医补气活血法治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病的临床效果。方法:按随机数字表法将我院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的110例冠心病患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组按西医常规方法进行治疗,观察组采用中医补气活血法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:对照组治愈14例,显效18例,有效13例,无效10例,治疗总有效率为81.82%;观察组治愈30例,显效12例,有效11例,无效2例,治疗总有效率为96.37%。对照组的不良反应发生率为10.91%,观察组未出现明显不良反应。结论:冠心病患者行中医补气活血法治疗疗效确切,无不良反应,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To investigate the TCM Buqi Huoxue therapy for treating coronary heart disease. Methods： 110 cases of coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group took conventional western treatment; the observation group were given the TCM Buqi Huoxue therapy. Results： In control group, cured 14 cases, 18 cases were markedly effective; 13 cases were effective; 10 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 81.82%; in the observation group cured 30 cases, 12 cases markedly effective, 11 cases a little effective, 2 cases invaild, total efficiency was 96.37%. The occurrence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.91%. Conclusion： Coronary heart disease by TCM Buqi Huoxue therapy is easy to be controlled, with no adverse reactions.
