中医辨证方联合卡托普利治疗老年性高血压病186例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 168 cases of senile hypertension in TCM differentiation

目的:观察中医辨证方联合卡托普利治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将我院自2010年10月-2012年10月间收治的186例老年高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各93例,观察组采用我院自拟中医辨证方联合西药卡托普利治疗,对照组单纯采用卡托普利治疗,观察两组治疗后的降压效果并行统计学比较。结果:观察组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为82.8%;观察组降压效果与对照组相比有明显优势,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证方联合卡托普利治疗老年高血压病降压效果显著,值得临床研究推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM prescription combined with captopril on senile hypertension. Methods： 186 elderly patients with hypertension, 93 cases in each group; observation group took joint TCM plus captopril treatment; the control group were given captopril treatment. Results： The total efficiency of 82.8% in the control group; another was 97.9%; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM prescription plus captopril treatment for elderly patients with hypertensionm, with antihypertensive effect, is significant, worthy of clinical research and promotion.
