关于肛肠洗剂在肛肠术后的临床应用分析

Clinical application of anorectal lotion in anorectal postoperative treatment

目的:探讨肛肠洗剂在34例肛肠手术后的应用效果。方法:67例肛周脓肿根治术患者随机分为对照组(n=33例)和观察组(n=34例)。给予对照组复方黄柏洗液治疗;给予观察组肛肠中药洗剂治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组术后疼痛缓解总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、伤口愈合时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠洗剂能够有效地缓解术后疼痛、水肿,促进伤口愈合,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of anorectal lotion on 34 cases after surgery. Methods： 67 patients with radical resection of rectal abscess were randomly divided into the control group（n=33） and the observation group（n=34）. Results： The observation group was given TCM anorectal lotion in the treatment; the total efficiency was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The anorectal lotion can effectively relieve postoperative pain, edema, promote wound healing, is worthy of promotion.
