自拟五金利胆排石汤治疗湿热型胆石症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating gallstone disease with the Wujin Lidan Paishi decoction

目的:探究五金利胆排石汤治疗湿热型胆石症的临床效果。方法:选择100例于2014年1月-11月在本院住院接受治疗的湿热型胆石症患者,根据随机分配的原则,分为观察组、对照组,均为50例。观察组的治疗方案:给予五金利胆排石汤;对照组的治疗方案:给予胆石通胶囊。结果:在临床疗效上,观察组的总有效率为80%;对照组总有效率为56%,两组患者存在明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗湿热型胆石症方面,五金利胆排石汤疗效确切,可显著缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective： To explore the clincal efficacy of Wujin Lidan Paishi decoction on cholelithiasis. Methods： 100 cases of cholelithiasis were divided into two groups; the control group were 50 cases. Observation group was given the Wujin Lidan Paishi decoction. Results： In the clinical efficacy, the total efficiency in the observation group was 80%; in the control group, it was 56%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For cholelithiasis, the Wujin Lidan Paishi decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms.
