益肾活血经验方剂对卵巢早衰患者性激素水平影响的临床研究

A clinical study on effects of the Yishen Huoxue prescription on sex hormone levels in patients with premature ovarian

目的:探讨益肾活血经验方剂对卵巢早衰患者性激素的影响。方法:将我院于2013年1月1日-2014年6月30日间收治的66例卵巢早衰的患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组33例,对照组患者行常规的乙烯雌酚与黄体酮序贯疗法,观察组患者应用中药益肾活血方剂进行治疗,治疗时间为3个月,治疗前后对患者进行卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)三项激素的测定,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者的卵泡刺激素低于对照组,黄体生成素与雌二醇水平明显高于对照组。结论:益肾活血经验方剂对卵巢功能早衰患者性激素水平的调整功能优于应用乙烯雌酚与黄体酮序贯疗法。

Objective： To investigate effects of the Yishen Huoxue prescription on premature ovarian hormone patients. Methods： 66 cases of premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 33 cases for each group;the control group took conventional diethylstilbestrol and corpus luteum one sequential therapy;patients in the observation group took the Yishen Huoxue prescription. Results： After treatment, follicle-stimulating hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and luteinizing hormone and estradiol levels were significantly higher. Conclusion： The Yishen Huoxue prescription for sex hormone levels in patients with premature ovarian failure is better than diethylstilbestrol and progesterone sequential therapy.
