摘要
目的:观察针刺阿呛穴治疗缺血性脑卒中假性球麻痹吞咽困难的疗效。方法:选取我院2011年11月-2012年11月符合诊断标准的80例患者,随机分为两组:治疗组40例,针刺阿呛穴(咽喉部前正中线上,甲状软骨和环状软骨之间的凹陷处[1]),1次/d,疗程为10d;对照组40例,针刺风池、内关、通里、金津、玉液治疗,1次/d,疗程为10d。结果:两组治疗后吞咽困难症状均有了明显的改善,治疗组的总有效率为90%,对照组的总有效率为70%。结论:针刺阿呛穴治疗缺血性脑卒中假性球麻痹吞咽困难疗效明显。
Objective： To explore acupuncture for difficult swallowing in ischemic stroke pseudobulbar palsy. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups： The treatment group for 40 patients in acupuncture; control group for 40 patients. Results： After treatment, dysphagia was significantly improved in the treatment group; the total efficiency was 90%; in the control group, it was 70%. Conclusion： Acupuncture for difficulty swallowing with ischemic stroke pseudobulbar palsy could show obvious effect.
