早期针灸和联合醒脑静注射液干预对大面积脑梗塞昏迷患者临床疗效分析

Treating cerebral infarction with the Xingnao Jing injection plus acupuncture

目的:分析针灸联合醒脑静注射液治疗大面积脑梗塞昏迷的疗效。方法:选取80例脑梗塞患者,随机分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组采用醒脑静注射液,观察组在对照组的基础上联合针灸治疗。结果:观察组的有效率为85.00%,对照组为72.50%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取针灸联合醒脑静注射液治疗,能使脑干网状觉醒系统兴奋性得以提高,解除患者的大脑皮层抑制,有利于患者恢复意识。

Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of the acupuncture plus Xingnao Jing injection on large area cerebral infarction. Methods： 80 cases of cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into the control group（40） and the observation group（40）; the control group received Xingnao Jing injection; the observation group received acupuncture more. Results： The efficiency in the observation group was 85%, and in the control group was 72.50%; the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Taking acupuncture plus the Xingnao Jing injection can improve the brain stem reticular arousal system for cerebral cortexinhibition, and regain consciousness.
