按摩八法治疗退行性膝关节炎30例

Treating 30 cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee by massage therapy

目的:分析和探讨推拿手法治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取北京按摩医院2013年6月-2014年6月本病患者30例,将对其进行治疗所运用的八种推拿手法与作用机理进行回顾性的分析和总结。结果:参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中的老年性膝关节炎的疗效标准进行评定,分别能达到痊愈、显效、有效、无效。30例患者中,治疗时间近2个月的10例,近3个月的13例,近1个月的7例,治疗痊愈的14例,显效的8例,有效的6例,无效的2例,有效率占93.3%。结论:将总结出的八个推拿手法应用于退行性膝关节炎的治疗中,能减轻疼痛、扩大关节活动范围。

Objective： To analyze and discuss the treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee. Methods： 30 cases was given eight kinds of massage, and mechanism was retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results： The efficacy of the standard senile osteoarthritis of the knee were evaluated, respectively. 30 patients, in 10 cases the treatment time for nearly two months, 13 cases the past three months, seven cases for nearly a month. 14 cases were cured; 8 cases were markedly effective; 6 cases were effective; 2 cases were invalid, and efficiency was 93.3%. Conclusion： Eight kinds of massage techniques for degenerative arthritis of the knee can reduce pain, expand range of motion.
