刃针治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎126例

Treating 126 lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis patients by the blade needle therapy

目的:探讨刃针疗法对腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者的临床价值。方法:选取腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分成两组,分析两组的临床总疗效、ODI评分与安全性。结果:观察组治疗后可取得95.45%的临床总疗效,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前ODI分值相仿(P>0.05)。经治疗后,两组ODI评分均有不同程度的好转,且观察组的改善更显著(P<0.05)。患者均未出现严重不适。结论:对腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者实施刃针治疗有确切疗效,适合在今后的临床上普及。

Objective： To study the blade needle therapy on clinical value of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis patients. Methods： Patients with lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The clinical curative effect, ODI score and the security in two groups were analyzed. Results： The total clinical curative effect in the observation group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（81.67%）（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the ODI score was similar（P〈0.05）, but after treatment, the ODI score in the 2 groups were improved to different extent, and the observation group was improved more significantly（P〈0.05）. There were no serious discomfort occurred. Conclusion： The patients with lumbar vertebra small joint osteoarthritis treated by needle therapy had exact curative effect, and it was suitable for popularization in future clinical application.
