独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical internal and external treatment of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction for knee degenerative osteoarthritis

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2010年11月-2014年11月老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎患者72例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组采用独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗,实验组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗。比较两组患者膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛功能指数评分、治疗疗效以及各期的平均治愈率。结果:比较两组患者膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛功能指数评分,发现治疗后4周疼痛功能指数评分明显降低,两组患者的病情均有明显改善,治疗组较对照组降低更为明显;停药后4周疼痛功能指数评分略有上升但不明显,对照组较治疗组上升明显。两组患者治疗疗效比较,治愈和有效差异显著(P<0.05);显效和无效差异不显著(P>0.05);总有效率分别为91.7%和86.1%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。比较两组患者各期的平均治愈率,发现1期的治愈率最高,分别为44.4%和40.0%;2期、3期和4期治愈率比1期低;5期治愈率为0.0%。结论:独活寄生汤加减内服外洗治疗老年退行性膝关节骨性关节炎能降低膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛功能指数评分,提高临床疗效,具有临床推广和应用价值。

Objective： Clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction was investigated for knee degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods： 72 cases of degenerative osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The treatment group received oral the Duhuo Jisheng decoction; The contol group took sustained-release tablets of diclofenac sodium. Results： For 4 weeks the treatment pain functional index score was significantly lower in the treatment group significantly; 4 weeks later, pain functional index score rose slightly but not significantly. Curing and effective are significant difference（P〈0.05）; markedly and invalid were not significant（P〉0.05）; the total efficiency was 91.7% and 86.1% respectively; the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Internal and external treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction can reduce the pain functional index scores, improve the clinical efficacy.
