自拟痹证方治疗类风湿关节炎68例疗效观察

Treating 68 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in TCM

目的:探讨自拟痹证方治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:将136例类风湿关节炎患者分为观察组和治疗组各68例,实验组患者采用自拟痹证方治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗,并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组临床疗效比较,结果:显示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟痹证方治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著,且无副作用,对患者康复有利,值得临床应用推广。

Objective： To investigate the Bizheng prescription for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 136 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 68 cases for each. The treatment group was given the Bizheng prescription; the control group was treated by conventional therapy. Results： Comparison results showed the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Bizheng prescription for rheumatoid arthritis can help get significant effects, with no side effects, beneficial for the rehabilitation, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
