分析探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床效果

Clinical effects of the Pudilan oral liquid on mumps

目的:观察探究蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效,为该病的临床治疗提供参考资料。方法:选择2009年9月-2014年4月我院收治的80例流行性腮腺炎患者,按照随机的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗后,观察组再给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗,对照组再给予双黄连辅助治疗。比较治疗过程中两组患者的症状消退时间指标,以及治疗后两组患者的临床疗效;观察两组患者用药中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗过程中体温转正常时间、头痛消失时间、腮腺肿胀消失时间、食欲不振消失时间均优于对照组,结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗中及治疗后均无显著不良反应。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗流行性腮腺炎能有效地缩短患者症状的持续时间,显著提高临床疗效,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory the Pudilan oral liquid on mumps. Methods： 80 mumps patients were divided into the observation group for 40 cases and the control group for 40 cases. Two groups were given conventional basic treatment; observation group was given the Pudilan oral liquid, and the control group was given the Shuang Huanglian. Results： In the observation group, transfected normal body temperature during the treatment time, headaches disappear time, parotid gland swelling disappeared time, loss of appetite and disappearance time was better than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment in the observation group the total efficiency was 87.50%; it was 65.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Pudilan oral liquid for mumps can effectively shorten the duration of symptoms, significantly improve the clinical efficacy, worthy of promotion.
