治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛体会

Experience of treating postherpetic neuralgia

本文通过对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的分析,采用针刺、内服、外用等方式进行治疗。同时,笔者自拟了解毒消肿、通络止痛方剂治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛。在治疗中应注意本虚标实和止痛药的配伍应用问题。

The cause of postherpetic neuralgia were analyzed, and treated by acupuncture, oral, topical, etc. At the same time, the Jiedu Xiaozhong, the Tongluo Zhitong decoction was adopted. Benxu Biaoshi and application of painkillers should be paid attention in the treatment.
