中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察及护理体会

Nursing experience for treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical in TCM

目的:观察中药灌肠并配合护理治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:选2011年6月-2014年6月符合诊断标准的门诊患者共32例,给予三土五味消毒饮(自拟)灌肠,并配合心理护理及一般护理,2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:32例中,痊愈23例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为96.88%。结论:中药灌肠并配合护理治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效较好。

Objective： To observe treating chronic pelvic inflammatory in TCM. Methods： 32 outpatients were given the Santu Wuwei Xiaodu Yin by enema, and with psychological care and general care, two weeks for a course. Results： In 32 cases, 23 cases were cured; 5 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3 cases, invalid 1 case; the total efficiency was 96.88%. Conclusion： TCM treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can get better effect.
