高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤整体护理探讨

Exploring holistic nursing of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment for uterine fibroids

目的:对高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)在治疗子宫肌瘤方面的护理要点进行探讨。方法:选取于2010年5月-2011年7月期间来我院进行治疗的100例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,对其进行高强度聚焦超声治疗,针对患者在术前、术中以及术后的具体病情给予对应的护理措施。结果:在这100例患者中,有2例出现术中血尿,有16例出现腹部放射痛,有34例臀部皮肤出现烫伤,有20例出现阴道排液。经过一段时间的护理,所有患者都已康复。结论:在治疗子宫肌瘤时,运用高强度聚焦超声进行治疗,制定合适的治疗方法,术前准备严密,同时对患者进行精心护理,最终取得了良好的治疗效果。

Objective： Nursing works for high-intensity focused ultrasound for uterine fibroids were discussed. Methods： 100 patients with uterine fibroids as a research object, high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative specific condition was given the corresponding nursing measures. Results： In these 100 patients, 2 patients had intraoperative hematuria; there are 16 cases of abdominal pain radiating; there are 34 cases of buttock skin burns; there are 20 cases of vaginal discharge occurs. Conclusion： For uterine fibroids, high intensity focused ultrasound treatment need to develop intensive care for patients, and ultimately a good therapeutic effect could be achieved.
