中美大学低年级理工科数学教育的比较研究

摘要 大学教育是中国几十年来取得社会良好发展的重要原因,其中理工科的数学教育功不可没;同样,美国近年来也在不断强化大学各专业的数学教育。对低年级学生而言,基于专业特色,在数学的教学目标、教学内容和教学方法都需要专业研究,以保证实用性和创新性人才的培养。实践表明,对中美两国的大学低年级数学教育进行深入比较研究,是提高我国大学理工科教学效果的有效途径。 College education is a major reason for the good development of China in the past several years. This success is largely attributed to the math education for students majoring in science and technology. Meanwhile, America also emphasizes math education for all undergraduate students in recent years. For freshmen and sophomores, based on their major features, it is crucial to ensure the practicability and creativity in education with the help of professional research in course targets, content, and methodologies. In practice, it is concluded that a comparison study on math education in China and US for fresh undergraduate students is an effective way to improve the course education in the major of science and technology.
