高校数学教师专业化的研究与模糊评价法

摘要 伴随着大学数学在各学科重要性的提升,数学教师专业化问题也成了高等学校数学教育研究的一个热点问题。从大学数学教师专业化的特点入手,通过分析当代大学数学教育对数学专业化发展的要求,提出了有效实施大学数学教师专业化的具体步骤和手段,并提出了一种基于TOPSIS法的大学数学教师专业化评估模型的多属性决策方法,以期为大学数学教育发展提供建议和贡献。 With the ascension of the importance of university mathematics in various disciplines, mathematics teacher specialization problem has become a hotspot in school mathematics education. In this paper, we start with the analysis on the characteristics of university mathematics teachers' specialization, through the analysis of contemporary university mathematics education on the development of the specialization of mathematics, then put forward the effective implementation of concrete steps and means, further, based on the concept of TOPSIS, a multi-attribute decision making method is put forward to evaluation the degree of university mathematics teachers professional. The method and conclusion can be used to provide suggestions and contribution for the development of university mathematics education.
