济钢1750高炉槽上皮带机逆止装置改造实践

济钢1750高炉槽上很多皮带机采用老式机组安装,大倾角皮带机减速机多选用ZQ或ZL系列减速机,减速机末端安装滚柱式逆止器。由于逆止器弹簧片质量差,逆止器容易失效,经常发生倒料现象。经改用制动装置来代替逆止器后,杜绝了倒料现象的发生,降低了职工的劳动强度,消除了因皮带机倒料可能带来的设备损坏事故的发生。
