摘要
目的:探讨社区护理干预对老年糖尿病患者的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法:选取我中心自2013年5月—2015年5月所诊治的120例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规性护理,观察组患者在常规性护理基础上实施社区护理干预,分析比较两组患者护理前后各项指标测定值变化、自我能力评分及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值均显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对老年糖尿病患者实施社区护理干预临床效果良好,可以有效控制患者血糖水平,加强自我管理能力,降低并发症发生情况,提高临床治疗效果,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on application elderly diabetic patients for clinical reference. Methods: Selecting 120 cases of elderly patients with elderly diabetes who were treated in our center from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research object, according to the random number table were divided into a control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each. In the control group were treated with routine care, community care for patients in the observation group in conventional nursing interventions based on the analysis of the indicators measured values were compared before and after the change in patient care, self-scoring ability and occurrence of complications.Results: After treatment, observe the fasting blood glucose level, 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the observation group were self-management skills score significantly higher ,P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant; observation group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: The elderly patients with diabetes implementation of community nursing intervention good clinical effect, can effectively control blood glucose levels, strengthen self-management skills, reduce the incidence of complications and improve clinical outcomes, it is widely used.
