穴位埋线对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素相关指标的影响

Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy on Obesity Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Patients with Sex Hormone

目的:观察穴位埋线干预肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)疗效。方法:选择PCOS患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组使用穴位埋线联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗,对照组使用盐酸二甲双胍肠溶胶囊治疗,测定治疗后的性激素相关各指标变化情况及临床症状的改善。结果:1观察组月经恢复情况、BMI较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。2观察组激素水平指标治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组各指标治疗前后差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组间比较发现,治疗后观察组LH、LH/FSH、E2、T均低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线能有效降低体重、改善性激素水平指标,恢复正常月经,治疗效果更为明显。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.Methods： 60 cases of PCOS patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group in addition to the use of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules treatment, the control group using Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-Coated Capsules treatment determination and clinical symptoms, the changes of hormone related indexes improved after treatment.Results：①Compared to the control group, the observation group showed that menstrual recovery situation improved, and significant improvement in BMI （P〈0.05）.②Before and after treatment, the changes of hormone level of the observe group were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Differences in the hormonal changes the level of control group had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.③After treatment, we found that the levels of LH, LH/FSH, E2, T of the treatment group were lower than the control group, the difference is obvious （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively reduce body weight, improve the level of sex hormone indexes, restoring normal menstruation, the effect is more obvious.
