玉屏风胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效分析

The Analysis of Yupingfeng capsule Combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment Curative Effect in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

目的:评价玉屏风胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取我科2013年4月—2014年4月诊治的94例慢性湿疹患者作为研究对象,并按数字随机表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用复方氟米松软膏外用治疗,观察疗组在对照组的基础上加用玉屏风胶囊口服治疗,两组疗程均为4周。对比分析两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为93.6%,对照组总有效率为74.5%,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:玉屏风胶囊联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹效果好,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng capsule combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods：94 Cases of chronic eczema which had diagnosis and treatment from April 2013 to April 2014 in our department were selected as research subjects, and according to the random number table method they would be divided into the observation group and the control group, 47 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Compound flumetasone ointment, the observation group were treated with oral treatment of Yupingfeng capsule on the basis of the control group, the course of treatment in the two groups were 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：In the observation group, the total effective rate was 93.6%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 74.5% , the clinical efficacy of observation group was significantly better than the control group, the total effective rate between the two groups was significantly different, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion：Yupingfeng capsule combined with Compound Flumetasone Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema had good effect and high safety which is worthy of clinical application.
