紧张型头痛患者中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候的关系分析

Tension-Type Headache Patients Psychological Ptate of Disorder and the Relationship between TCM Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine Analysis

目的:探讨紧张型头痛患者(TTH)中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候之间的相关性。方法:我们接收了2014年1月—2015年3月,来我院治疗的120例紧张型头痛伴随中医心理紊乱患者,将其作为本课题研究对象,利用问卷调查的形式收集所有患者资料,建立起数据信息库,研究分析紧张型头痛患者中医心理紊乱与中医证候的关系。结果:思虑过度患者,主要表现为风痰证和风瘀证;焦虑烦躁患者主要表现为风火证;郁闷不畅患者主要表现为风痰证和风瘀证;惊悸难安患者主要表现为气血两虚;精神不振患者主要表现为阳虚寒凝和气血两虚。两者差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:紧张型头痛患者中医心理紊乱状态与中医证候之间具有很大相关性。

Objective： To study the patients with tension-type headache （TTH） the correlation between psychological state of disorder and TCM symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： We received during January 2014 to March 2015, to the hospital treatment of 120 patients with tension-type headache with TCM psychological disorder, as the research object, using the questionnaire survey to collect all of the patients in the form of data, set up the data information, research and analysis tension-type headache patients with mental disorders and the relationship of TCM symptoms in TCM. Results： Excessive patients thought, main show is the wind phlegm syndrome and blood stasis syndrome; Patients with anxiety irritability mainly for wind temperature; Depressed patients with poor mainly for wind phlegm syndrome and wind and blood stasis syndrome; Horrified to difficult Ann patients mainly for two qi; Depressed patients is mainly Yang deficiency haemorrheological nature and two qi. The difference （P〈 0.05）, there is statistical significance. Conclusion： Patients with tension-type headache psychological state of disorder and the Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has a large correlation between symptoms.
