100 Cases of Modified Transvaginal Hysterectomy on Non-prolapsed Uterus

目的:探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的手术操作要点及临床应用价值。方法:选择在周口市中医院妇产科2008年2月—2009年10月住院的非脱垂子宫患者143例进行分析总结。结果:对手术病人进行观察,手术时间(40±15.5)min,术中出血(100.0±51.5)ml,术后(18.0±6.0)h排气,住院时间(6.0±2.0)d。结论:改良式非脱垂阴式子宫切除术手术时间短、出血少、腹部无疤痕、术后疼痛轻、恢复快,尤其对伴有肥胖、糖尿病、高血压内科疾病者是一种理想手术,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore and discuss the operative points and clinical application value of transvaginal hysterectomy on non-prolapsed uterus.Methods： 143 Patients with non-prolapsed uterus in obstetrics of Zhoukou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2008 to October 2009 were analyzed and summarized. Results： The operative time was （40±15.5） minutes, the bleeding volume during the operation was （100.0±51.5） mL,the time of exsufflation was （18.0±6.0） hours and the hospitalization time was （6.0±2.0） days.Conclusion： The modified transvaginal hysterectomy on non-prolapsed uterus has the advantages of short operative time, less bleeding volume,no scar on abdomen,less pain after operation and fast recovery. It is an ideal operation for patients with obesity, diabetes and hypertension. It is worthy of promotion and application.
