摘要
欧李是一种野生矮小灌木树,属蔷薇科樱桃属欧李树种。为了对野生欧李的营养价值和开发利用的深入研究提供科学理论依据,将可食的果实部分的营养成分采用化学与仪器分析的方法进行了测定,并与苹果作了比较。结果表明:欧李果实含有丰富的糖、蛋白质、微量元素、维生素C、17种氨基酸等多种营养物质,其中微量元素与部分必需氨基酸含量高于苹果,尤其是Ca的含量是苹果的8.86倍,是一种理想的天然补钙保健果品。
Prunus humilis is a kind of wild dwarf shrubs, Cherry Rosaceae genus, Prunus humilis species. In order to provide a scientific basis for the future of food development and comprehensive utilization, we determined the nutritional contents of edible fruit by using the method of chemical and instrumental analysis, and compared them with contents of FUSHI apple. The results showed that the fruits of Prunus humilis contain abundant sugar, protein, trace elements, vitamin C, 17 kinds of amino acids, especially very high calcium contents, the content of Ca was 8.86 times of the apple. Therefore, it was an ideal and natural calcium health fruit to be developed.
