肥厚性硬脑膜炎伴双眼眶炎性假瘤一例

摘要 肥厚性硬脑膜炎（hypertrophic cranial pachymengitis,HCP）是以硬脑膜局灶性或弥散性炎性、纤维性、增生肥厚为特征的一种少见疾病,临床主要表现为慢性头痛、多脑神经麻痹等.该病同时合并双眼眶炎性假瘤（orbital inflammatory pseudotumor,OIP）罕见报道,现将我院收治的1例患者报道如下.
