温水淋浴护理在初产妇产程中的应用观察

Observation on the application of warm water shower care in first- time mother 's duration of labor

目的探讨温水淋浴护理服务在初产妇第一产程中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2014年4—11月收治的130例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例,对照组产妇入院执行产时常规护理;观察组产妇在第一产程中采用温水淋浴护理服务;观察两组产妇舒适感、护理满意度;宫缩疼痛程度;分娩方式。结果进行温水淋浴护理服务组产妇舒适感、疼痛感、护理满意度、自然分娩率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给产妇提供温水淋浴护理能有效减轻分娩疼痛感,减少非药物性镇痛分娩,促进自然分娩,降低非医学指征剖宫产率及促进母乳喂养有重要的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of warm water shower care services in the labor of primipara. Methods During April 2014 and November 2014,130 cases of primipara treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group. The women in control group received intrapartum routine nursing in maternal hospital. Observation group used warm water shower care services in the first stages of labor. Maternal comfort,nursing satisfaction,contractions pain degree and delivery way of the two groups were observed. Results In warm water shower nursing service group maternal comfort and natural birth rate and nursing satisfaction were higher,however,the pain was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Warm water shower nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of delivery,reduce the none drug delivery,promote natural childbirth and reduce the none medical indications of cesarean section rate and promoting breastfeeding has important clinical effect,worthy of popularization and application.
