纸尿裤在胸腰椎骨折患者排便中的应用

The application of diapers in defecation of thoracolumbar fracture patients

目的探讨纸尿裤在胸腰椎骨折病人排便的应用。方法将80例胸腰椎术后病人随机分为便盆排便组40例和纸尿裤排便组40例,分别观察病人的排便情况。结果纸尿裤排便组病人便秘发生率、排便时腰背部疼痛程度、排便时间、人力、床单污染均低于便盆排便组,而排便舒适度高于传便盆排便组,差异有统计学意义。结论纸尿裤排便能有效促进胸腰椎骨折病人在床上排便、减轻疼痛及降低便秘的发生,节省人力物力,提高病人的舒适度。

Objective To investigate the application of diapers in defecation of thoracolumbar fracture patients. Methods 80 cases of thoracolumbar surgery patients were randomly divided into traditional bedpan and diapers group, each group had 40 cases, observed the patient ＇ s defecation. Results The incidence of constipation,the degree of back pain during defecation,defecation,nurse work,sheets pollution of diaper group were less than the traditional group,however the comfort was higher than traditional bedpan group,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Diapers defecation can effectively promote defecation in bed of thoracolumbar fracture patients,relieve pain and reduce the incidence of constipation,save resources and improve patient＇s comfort.
