两株生防菌对连作土壤中黄瓜生长及微生物的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以黄瓜连作11年大棚土壤为研究对象,研究采用室内盆栽的方法,通过接种低浓度(106个/mL)和高浓度(109个/mL)的枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉,研究了2株生防菌对连作黄瓜土壤中黄瓜生长及土壤微环境变化的影响。结果表明:接种高浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉后,黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量、叶片光合速率、地上部干重、根长和根体积均显著增加,叶片发病率降低。接种后植物根际微生物类群受养分影响减弱,除了放线菌和真菌受到速效磷和速效钾的影响明显外,细菌与速效养分相关性不大。试验表明,黄瓜连作土壤接种2株生防菌后,促进了植物根系和地上部的生长,降低了植物发病率,尤其接种高浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌和哈茨木霉效果显著。 With 11 years continuous cropping soil as research object,effects of two bio-control strains,Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum,on cucumber seedlings and soil microbes population were tested under pot experiment with continuous cropping soil of cucumber.Two levels,10^6 or 10^9 of per millilitre,of each bio-control microbe were designed to obtain proper incubated concentration into soil.The results showed that cucumber growth factors increased stimulated significantly in high concentration of inoculation of Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum,such as chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate,shoot dry weight,root length and root volume and so on.At the same time,the incidence of disease of leaves wilt decreased significantly with bio-control microbe than without(CK).There were significant correlation between microbial population with available phosphorus or potassium,as actinomyces and fungi.In short,incubation of bio-control Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma harzianum stimulated cucumber seedling growth in continuous cropping soil and decreased incidence disease of leaves,especially in high concentration incubation.
