内蒙古区域图书馆文献信息资源共建共享现状、特点及影响因素研究

A Study on Present Status,Feature and Effect Factor of Inner Mongolia Region Library Resources Sharing

[目的/意义]旨在通过对内蒙古区域图书馆文献信息资源共建共享现状的研究,揭示我国民族地区图书馆文献信息资源共建共享的一般性特点及主要影响因素,为进一步探索在我国民族地区建设图书馆联盟提供理论依据和研究框架。[方法/过程]采用网络调查和半结构式访谈的方法,对内蒙古区域现存的6个联盟性质的图书馆组织进行比较研究,归纳总结内蒙古区域图书馆资源共享活动的特点和不足。[结果/结论]非资源因素(如组织保障、资源结构、外部压力、经费投入及文化建设等)对内蒙古区域图书馆文献信息资源共建共享影响显著,当前条件下内蒙古区域应优先发展和建设区域性高校图书馆联盟。

[ Purpose/significance] This article tries to analyze the literature and information resource sharing in In- ner Mongolia region library. Importantly, the general characteristics and principle factors of the resource sharing in Chi- nese Ethnic Regions Library are revealed, to provide the theoretical basis and research framework for developing Chinese Regional Academic Library Consortium. [ Method/process ] Six existing library consortia in Inner Mongolia region are made a comparative study by using the methods of online investigation and semi-structured interview. The characteristics and disadvantages of resources sharing activities in Inner Mongolia region library are summarized. [ Result/conclusion ] The results indicate that the non-resources factors such as organizational guarantee, resource structure, external pressure, investment and cultural construction have significant influences on the resource sharing, and the Regional Academic Li- brary Consortium should be given a preferential development in Inner Mongolia region under the current conditions.
