心肌纤维化的无创影像评价研究进展 被引量:2

Progress in non-invasive evaluation of myocardial fibrosis

摘要 心脏纤维化主要指心肌组织中胶原成分过度沉积并伴随异种胶原蛋白比例的失调,最终引起心肌弹性下降,影响心输出量并导致供血障碍。心肌胶原重塑与心功能障碍、心律失常、心衰及心源性猝死等密切相关,而高血压、心肌梗死、糖尿病等许多疾病的病理过程对心脏纤维化的发生发展均有一定影响。长期以来,对心肌纤维化的明确诊断主要依靠心肌活检以及尸检。
