MBR中培养好氧颗粒污泥处理船舶生活污水 被引量:3

Treatment of ship domestic sewage by aerobic granular sludge cultivated in membrane bioreactor

摘要 考察了膜生物反应器(membrane bioreactor,MBR),以模拟船舶生活污水为进水培养好氧颗粒污泥的影响因素。结果表明,当ρ(Al3+)=30 mg/L、曝气速率=0.8 m3/h、污泥沉淀时间=30 min时,好氧颗粒污泥在最短时间(30 d)内形成;反应器内TP、TN和COD去除率分别为92.37%、93.46%和97.39%,膜污染情况得到改善。 The influencing factors of aerobic granular sludge which cultivated by membrane bioreactor (MBR) with ship domestic sewage were studied. The results showed that under the operating conditions of p (Al^3+ ) = 30 mg/L, aeration rate = 0. 8 m3/h and settlement time = 30 minutes, the aerobic granular sludge for- mation time was shortest, 30 days. However, in the reactor, the removal rates of TP, TN and COD in ship do- mestic sewage were 92.37% , 93.46% and 97.39% , the membrane fouling was inhibited.
