摘要
在保证较好凝并的前提下最大限度地抑制颗粒破碎是湍流凝并技术的研究关键,通过CFD软件,选二维单扰流柱为研究对象,采用颗粒群平衡模型(PBM),通过UDF功能,分别将破碎核函数定义为常数、Laakkonen Breakage Kernels模型、分段函数,模拟湍流场中颗粒的破碎规律,旨在摸索一种适用于工程应用的颗粒湍流破碎模型和计算方法,为相关实验研究和工程设计提供参考。
To minimize the breakage of particles to the maximum extent is one of the keys during a prefera- ble coagulation process of turbulence agglomeration technology. In this study, a two-dimensional single turbu- lence column was chosen as the research object, population balance model (PBM) in CFD software package was applied to simulate the breakage process of particles in turbulent flow. In CFD software package, the broken ker- nel function was set as constant, Laakkonen Breakage Kernels model and piecewise function respectively through UDF input. The main purpose of this work is to develop a particle breakage model and numerical simulation method which are suitable for engineering application, and finally make references for relevant experimental stud- ies and engineering designs.
