摘要
城市有机垃圾已经成为重要的污染源和迫切需要处理的问题,传统处理工艺存在各种问题。现以某市有机垃圾处理为工程实例,介绍自动分选、碎浆除渣、厌氧消化处理工艺。该工艺经实践运营可处理餐厨垃圾150 t/d,粪便200t/d。无论在沼气产生量、有机质回收率和降解率等方面,还是在工艺稳定、设备运行可靠等方面,该工艺都具有独到的特点。
Organic waste has become one of main pollution sources and the urgent problem to be solved in cities. However, the traditional treatment process exists kinds of disadvantage. In this study, organic waste treat- ment plant was taken as a case to introduce the treatment technology of automatic sorting, pulper slag and anaero- bic digestion. With practical operation in this process, handle capacities of kitchen waste and faeces were up to 150 t/d and 200 t/d, respectively. On the whole, the process has its unique characteristics, in the aspects of methane production, organic matter recovery rate and degradation rate, stable working and reliable equipment operation.
