间充质干细胞分泌组在心血管疾病治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)分泌产生的营养和免疫调节因子,被统称为MSC分泌组。MSC分泌组用于心血管疾病治疗已成为目前MSC疗法的研究热点之一。然而,MSC移植后所产生的细胞因子会受体内微环境的影响,因此MSC分泌组的实际疗效尚不确定。本文就当前MSC分泌组治疗心血管疾病的研究现状、作用机制和研究趋势加以综述。
