诱导性多能干细胞技术在精神分裂症研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用诱导性多能干细胞技术将体细胞诱导形成各种神经细胞,建立神经细胞模型及模拟神经的早期发育,是一种新兴的研究精神分裂症的有力工具。本文简要综述了近几年来该技术在精神分裂症研究中的最新进展,为体外分子细胞水平深入研究该病的发病机制提供新的思路。
