原发性肝癌中多药耐药蛋白谷胱甘肽转移酶及拓扑异构酶Ⅱ的表达与临床病理指标的相关性

Correlation between the expression of glutathione transferase-π and topoisomerase-Ⅱand clinicopathological parameters in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

目的探讨原发性肝癌中谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST-π)及拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(Topo-Ⅱ)的表达与临床病理指标的相关性及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测GST-π及Topo-Ⅱ在原发性肝癌患者病理组织中的表达情况,分析GST-π及Topo-Ⅱ阳性表达与临床病理指标之间的关系,评价其临床意义。结果原发性肝癌患者肝癌组织中GST-π的阳性表达与术前甲胎蛋白水平、肿瘤直径、有无癌栓及肿瘤包膜是否完整相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤淋巴结转移(TNM)分期及病灶个数无关(P>0.05);Topo-Ⅱ的阳性表达与患者术前甲胎蛋白水平、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、有无癌栓及肿瘤包膜是否完整相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄及病灶个数无关(P>0.05)。结论 GST-π及Topo-Ⅱ阳性表达与肝癌患者临床病理指标密切相关,可作为判断肝癌患者预后的客观评价指标。

Objective To investigate correlation between the expression of glutathione transferase-π（ GST-π） and topoisomerase-Ⅱ（ Topo-Ⅱ） and clinicopathological parameters in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical value. Methods The expression of GST-π and Topo-Ⅱ in 58 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue were examined by immunohistochemistry method,and the relationship between the positive expression of GST-π and Topo-Ⅱand clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of GST-π had positive correlations with the level of α-fetoprotein（ AFP）,tumor volume,with or without tumor thrombus,and with or without complete or incomplete membrane（ P〈0. 05）,and had negative correlation with the age of patients,tumor node metastasis（ TNM） stage,and tumor nodules（ P〈0. 05）. The expression level of Topo-Ⅱhad positive correlation with the level of AFP,tumor volume,TNM stage,with or without tumor thrombus,and with or without complete or incomplete membrane（ P〈0. 05）,and had nothing to do with the age of patients and tumor nodules（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The positive expression of GST-π and Topo-Ⅱprotein plays an important role in the tumor invasion and metastasis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma,which could be used as objective evolution index of predicting the prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
