Design of Switch Power Supply with Ultra-Wide-Range Output Voltage

摘要 针对传统开关电源输出电压调节范围窄、难以实现从0 V起调的缺点,设计了基于单片机控制的超宽范围开关电源系统。该开关电源采用高频逆变技术,有效减小了系统损耗和系统体积,提高了系统效率。输出级采用低压差技术和恒压差技术控制线性稳压电路,在保证系统高效率的同时,降低了直流输出纹波。仿真和测试结果表明,该超宽范围开关电源的输出电压能在0~1 000 V连续调节,效率在90%以上。 Since the output voltage of conventional switch power supply can not adjust in a large range and from 0 V, a switch power supply with ultra-wide-range output voltage was designed and made based on single chip control. The high-frequency inverter technique applied in the switch power supply reduces the system loss and volume ,improves the efficiency. The linear regulator circuit based on low dropout voltage and constant voltage difference technique applied in the output stage reduces the ripple wave of the output voltage, and ensures that the switch power supply system has high efficiency. The simulation and test results indicate that the output voltage of the switch power supply can adjust continuously from 0 to 1 000 V, and the system efficiency is over 90%.
