摘要 细菌脂多糖(LPS)是革兰氏阴性细菌外膜的主要成分,能够释放内源性活性因子,又称为细菌内毒素。LPS能够诱导畜禽在短时间内产生细菌感染症状,引起畜禽发生免疫应激,现已被广泛地用于建立免疫应激或细菌感染的动物模型。本文就LPS的生物活性,LPS免疫应激模型的建立及其对动物机体免疫功能、生产性能、物质代谢产生的影响作一综述。 Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), an outer membrane component of gram-negative bacteria and a potent activator of monocytes and macrophages, is also known as endotoxin. LPS could induce a bacterial infection and immunological stress, so it was now widely used as all animal model of immune challenge. The latest research prngress of LPS was introduced in this paper, including biological activity, model of immune stress induced by LPS and its effects on the immune function, grnwth performance and nutrient metabolism.
