Identification of Lianmeizhili Oral Solution by thin layer chromatography

目的:建立控制连梅止痢口服液的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对口服液中黄连、乌梅进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:连梅止痢口服液中黄连、乌梅特征成分在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显现相同的荧光斑点,阴性对照品无干扰。结论:该薄层鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好,适用于连梅止痢口服液的质量标准控制。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of Lianmeizhili Oral Solution. Methods： Thin layer chromatography （TLC） method was used to identify Rhizoma Coptitis and Fructus Mume in the oral solution. Results： Tbe characteristic components of Rhizorna Coptitis and Fructus Mume in the oral solution present same color spots with the reference substance, and the negative samples had no interference. Conclusion： TLC method is specific and reproducible for the quality control of Lianmeizhili Oral Solution.
