At Present, the building automation system has been widely recognized, and used in the design and installation of the new buildings in China. But most of the traditional building automation system can not give full play to the expected results. It is caused not only by the implementation of quality, but also point to operation and maintenance personnel use. Taking Wuhan Huangshi large commercial complex project constructed by Wuhan Energy Electromechanical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. as the research object, a new BCM （building control manager） building automation expert system solutions owned by Johnson Controls is introduced.
