摘要
目的建立饮用水中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的检测方法,并用于生活饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的污染监测。方法水样经装有C18膜的全自动固相萃取系统富集,气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)检测,以选择性离子监测(SIM)模式进行定性、定量。结果6种目标化合物在0.05~10.0mg/L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r〉0.997。该方法最低检出限在0.1~0.9μg/L,方法平均回收率在73.0%~105.5%,RSD为2.3%~12.9%。结论该法快速,灵敏,准确,适用于各类生活饮用水中PAEs的监测。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of 6 kinds of phthalates in drinking water, and apply it for monitoring of phthalate polluted drinking water. [Methods]Using automatic solid phase extraction system with C18 for the enrichment of the water samples, phthalates were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), Quantitative analysis was done by external standard method in selective ion monitoring mode (SIM). [Results]The calibration curve of 6 phthalates were linear within the range of 0.05-10.0 mg/L and the regression coefficients r〉0.997. The limit of determination was 0.1-0.9 μg/L. The average recovery ranged from 72.6%-105.2% and the t/SD were 4.14%-12.9%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and suitable for determining PAEs in drinking water.
