深圳市宝安区结核病患者对诊疗基本知识掌握的情况

Awareness rate of basic knowledge about tuberculosis prevention and treatment among tuberculosis patients in Bao'an Distict of Shenzhen City

目的调查深圳市宝安区对结核病患者结核病诊疗基本知识的知晓现状,并研究其影响因素,为提高结核病患者诊疗基本知识的知晓率提供参考。方法采取整群抽样的方式选取919名研究对象进行面对面问卷调查,采用描述分析,χ2经验、Kruskal Wallis非参数检验和logistic回归分析等统计方法分析。结果患者对8项诊疗基本知识总知晓率为68.6%,其中有关结核病的治疗方法知识的知晓率为39.9%,有关长期服药知识的知晓率为55.1%;文化程度越低的结核病患者对基本知识的知晓率也越低。结论该区要加强结核病患者诊疗基本知识的宣传教育,尤其是低学历者患者,亟待对其进行通俗易懂的安全教育,提高其对结核病基本知识的知晓率。

[ Objective ] To investigate the awareness rate of the basic knowledge about tuberculosis （TB） prevention and treatment among TB patients in Bao/an Distict of Shenzhen City, analyze its influencing factors, and provide reference for improving the awareness rate of the basic knowledge about TB prevention and treatment in patients. [Methods ] A face-to-face questionnaire survey was performed among 919 TB patients collected by the cluster sampling method. The descriptive analysis, chi-square test, Kruskal Wallis nonparametric test and regression analysis were applied in this study.[ Results ] The total awareness rate of 8 items of basic knowledge about TB prevention and treatment was 68.6%, while the awareness rate of TB treatment methods was 39.9%, and the awareness rate of knowledge about long-term medication was 55.1%.The awareness rate of basic knowledge about TB was low in patients with lower education level.[ Conclusion ] The publicity and education of basic knowledge about TB prevention and treatment should be strengthened in TB patients, especially patients with lower education level, it is urgent to carry out the safety education by a accessible way, to enhance their awareness rate of basic knowledge about TB.
