Analysis on the Problems in the Residential Design——Take one apartment area in Shekou as an Example

以蛇口半山公寓为研究对象,分析研究了半山公寓围合式的建筑空间、园林式的庭院空间、屋顶形式、阳台形式等,指出其存在的问题,归纳总结了气候、环境对建筑设计的影响,提出住宅建筑设计不应一味追求形式,应考虑以人为本和可持续发展的建议。

Based on one apartment area in Shekou as the research object, this paper analyzes the research area apartment round shaped space, garden courtyard space, roof forms, balcony, etc., points out its existing problems, and sums up the influence of the climate and environment on architectural design. Residential architectural design should not blindly pursue the form, but consider the principle of people - oriented and sustainable development.
