摘要 研究了采用金离子稳定汞离子,以200μg/LAu2+-5%HNO3溶液作为清洗液,解决ICPMS在分析水中汞易吸附而引起记忆效应的问题。汞标准曲线溶液中加金离子溶液形成金汞齐,选取浓度为500μg/L的Rh作为内标元素,标准曲线相关系数达到0.9998。实验表明标准样品测试结果准确,相对标准偏差不高于5%。 Mercury is stable with gold ions; the mercury' s strong absorption, which strongly causes memory effect on instrument of determining it by Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometry ( ICP - MS), is effectively eliminated by taking 200μg/LAu2+ -5% HNO3 solution as a cleaning fluid. The standard curve correlation coefficient of mercury was up to 0. 9998 and sample' s analysis was accurate by adopting the following method: adding gold to mercury standard curve solution to formulate gold amalgamation, and choosing 500μg/L103Rh as cleaning solution and internal standard element, and the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%
