摘要
制造型企业基层员工的构成发生了很多变化。尤其以90后员工为主体,该群体外出打工的动机发生了很多变化,已有的激励机制不能有效激励基层员工。不断改革和完善企业的激励机制,才能真正发挥其应有的功效。为此,必须实行以人为本、实行人性化管理,物质激励与精神激励综合使用,从而建立健全科学的考核评价体系。
The constitute of grass - roots staff in the manufacturing enterprises has changed a lot. The workers born in the 1990s have become a major component of the staff who have different motivation to work outside. The existing incentive mechanism can' t effectively motivate the staff. Only continuously reforming and perfecting the incentive mechanism can give full play to its due effect. So people - oriented and humanized management and material incentives and spiritual incentives integration should be implemented so as to establish and improve the scientific system of assessment.
