SOP规程在FWLB事故应对中的应用研究

摘要 SOP是一种新兴的规程体系,其基于有限的NSSS状态进行导向,不需对初因事件进行鉴别,理论上可应对所有初因事件导致的事故工况,减少人因误差,电厂采用SOP规程是未来的发展趋势。鉴于目前鲜有针对SOP规程的应用研究,本文对SOP在FWLB事故中的应对进行了研究,建立了SOP应用于FWLB事故的方法,同时基于目前广泛使用的EOP规程进行了分析,以验证SOP方法的合理性。分析结果表明:基于SOP的结果与EOP结果相似,SOP在FWLB事故的应用方法是合理的。 The State Oriented Procedure(SOP) is a new procedure system, which was oriented by finite NSSS states without diagnosing the initial events. It can cover all of the events/accidents and reduce the human mistakes. Therefore, it can be seen that SOP will be used widely in the future.Considering the sparsity of researches on application of SOP procedure, the applying SOP on dealing with FWLB accident is studied. The methodology has been developed and the results have been compared with the results based on EOP procedure, which is widely used at present. Research shows that both results based on SOP and EOP are similar, the methodology for applying SOP on dealing with FWLB thus been proved to be reasonable.This research provides a experience and reference for other application of SOP.
