摘要
阐述了数字图书馆与信息服务的概念,分析了新媒体环境下开展数字图书馆信息服务的必要性,提出需要提供个性化服务、加强数字参考服务、开展合作数字参考服务、加强用户指导和开展用户信息素质教育的若干建议。
The article discusses the concept of Digital Library and information service, analysis the new media environment to carry out the necessity of digital library information service, put forward to provide personalized service, strengthen the digital reference service, developing the cooperative digital reference service, enhance user guidance and carry out several suggestions of the user＇s information quality education.
