社区卫生服务信息网站的研究与建设

社区卫生服务是我国卫生改革的重点之一,加强社区卫生信息管理,建立科学、完善的社区卫生信息网站,对于加速构建我国社区卫生服务体系,实现社区卫生事业管理现代化具有非常重要的意义。本研究分析了社区卫生服务信息网站国内现状及其优势,以C#为编程语言,Microsoft SQL Server 2000为数据库,在ASP.NET平台下构建了一个小型社区卫生服务信息网站。实现了用户信息管理、健康自测、预约挂号、医卫咨询、最新消息发布、保健知识查阅等系统功能。使社区卫生服务目的性更为明确,有针对性地进行健康干预,实施重点人群控制,为社区居民提供了方便、快捷、优良的卫生服务。

Community health service plays an important role in the heath care system reform. It is significant to accelerate the construction of community health service system by enhancing the health information management and setting up useful and efficient community health service websites. This paper analyses the present status and advantages of the community health service information websites in China.We set up a micro community health service information website using ASP.NET, C# and Microsoft SQL server 2000. Many functions, which are very important to community health service, such as the User information management, self-rated health, appointment, healthcare consulting, news system, and health care knowledge, are accessible on the website. With the help of the website, the community health service will have a clearer goal. It also helps the doctors to conduct health intervention precisely and monitor a specific group of people. In addition, the website provides the residents with convenient, instant, and qualified health care service.
